Seven-Minute Cabbage
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons flour
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups chopped cabbage
Heat the milk to boiling. Add butter and the cabbage. Cook seven
minutes. Thicken with the flour, mixed with a little cold water.
